By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms:🌻 // PAYMENTS
* Commissions MUST be paid before receiving the art. I do payment upfront! I take payment via Paypal, VGEN or through Ko-fi.
* Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.
🌻 // REVISIONS
Revisions can be offered during each step, (pose, sketch and then colouring). Once the pose and details are added in said sketch, you MAY NOT change the pose. Poses will be presented as a plain base sketches just in case.

* This section does not apply to Surprise me services (Only mistake fixes are allowed).
* Major revisions are allowed as many times during the sketch phase.
* However, only minor revisions are during the rendering stage.
🌻 // DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Time of Delivery depends on my workflow and size of the commission! This will be discussed in the planning period before payment.

* Payment means you agree to whatever we agreed on.
* You are allowed to ask for updates in a kind and respectful manner! Since my work takes time, asking for updates is no issue for me.
* The timeline starts when I actually start on your piece, NOT when it's accepted and paid for. I'll inform you when I start on your piece specifically.
* Priority fees can be discussed as well.
🌻 // USE
My art is for PERSONAL use! My art can be used for icons, banners, profiles, tokens!
My art cannot be used for tracing/heavily referencing or claiming as your own.

* If people ask where the piece was made, please direct them to my page, thank you!
* DO NOT mass produce merchandise to sell of my work.
* DO NOT use my work for anything AI related or NFT related.
* If you'd like to use said art to make something as a keychain for yourself, that is allowed.
* If it's fanart of characters then I may use it as merch or other things.
🌻 // REFUNDS
A full refund will only be granted until the sketch phase, past that there will be no refunds.
🌻 // COMMUNICATION

before you buy

- you can't afford it, it's okay if you can't but don't buy something you can't pay for
- you're just going to edit the image itself, i would prefer credit if said commision is shown publicly.
- please show respect, don't harass or threaten me. be a decent human being lmao.
